ONRB Episode 7: The One With No Matrix References

Seriously guys, we did a whole podcast about technology and society and do not mention the Matrix once.  So, for those who like to not talk about the Matrix, this podcast is for you.  

 

I am sorry, however, that we do mention Lincoln once.  Sad. 

 

Also, the word I was looking for was "meretricious" and not "prurient".  The former means of or relating to prostitution and/or an object of merely surface-level beauty or value, whereas the latter means marked by or arousing immoderate or unwholesome interest or desire, in particular, sexual desire.   

 

I'm glad I got that cleared up.  I'm sure you are too.  Anyway, listen.
